Synopsis
Recently, the growth of economy in Japan is not expected. Therefore, it is necessary to construct shield segmental tunnel economically and effectively. PCNet segments which are presrestressed concrete segments have some merits. They are to increase the load bearing capacity and to reduce the thickness and amount of reinforcement of segments. This paper discusses the assemblage and execution of PCNet segments. The real-size PCNet segments was prefabricated and they were assembled under real condition. The presutressing steel was prestressed in segmental tunnel and at ring joints. The performance of execution and assemblage of PCNet segments was estimated through this test.
