The fee will include:
Abstract and paper review and use of the conference centre etc.
Refreshments (tea/coffee and snacks)
A printed book of abstracts including a CD-ROM of the papers.
The conference centre will have a reasonably priced restaurant and there will be other places to eat within walking distance so delegates can buy lunch for less than 10 pounds (1,000 yen).
Local tours will be arranged (at additional cost to delegates).
