Synopsis
This building is a 11-story office building and consisting of the concrete filled steel tubular columns with high strength concrete of design strength 60 N/mm2. Because of designconsiderations of the effect of confinement, the walls of the steel tubes are thin, and their sections are small. In this report, the effects of the concrete filled steel tubular column design are explained and the mix proportion plans of high strength concrete are introduced. In addition, useful reference data such as the pressure values and strains of the steel tube when filling it with concrete using a pump, and the compression strength of cores sampled from the top of the columns are reported.
