- Now, some technical standards based on the performance are established and examined various fields. Views of the formation of the technical standards for port facilities based on the performance are introduced in this paper. Here, the concept of the performance of port facilities is arranged, and reconstruction of the systems for design, construction, and maintenance with revision of the standards is considered.
