Synopsis
As efforts to address social issues such as work style reform and environmental considerations are increasingly required at construction sites and ready-mixed concrete plants, it is important for producers and purchasers of ready-mixed concrete to share information on the current status of ready-mixed concrete plants in order to collaboratively resolve these issues. This paper presents and discusses the results of a questionnaire survey conducted in 2024 targeting ready-mixed concrete plants in the Kanto region, focusing on the current status of facilities at these plants and comparing the findings with those of a similar survey conducted in 2015. The findings are expected to serve as statistical data that can be used to identify issues such as limitations in what can be achieved with existing facilities.
