The Nagoya Congress Center, which design motif is a swan poised for flight, consists of four buildings, 1 through 4. This convention complex houses Century Hall, boasting a seating capacity of 3,000; Event Hall, a huge multipurpose space featuring a 22-meter high ceiling; International Conference Room capable of hosting summit-class conferences; Shirotori Hall for receptions and parties; 22 conference rooms of various sizes, fully provided with state-of-the-art equipment.

Airport (Centrair) is connected to major cities around the world by direct flights, and Nagoya Station is the nucleus of a railway network comprising JR, private railways, and subway lines. Tokyo is around 1 hour and a half minutes and Osaka, Kyoto are within 1 hour by Shinkansen Nozomi. The Nagoya Congress Center is approximately 40 minutes by car or airport express from the airport, and only 10 minutes by subway from downtown Nagoya.
