Time Allocation for Presentation

The time allocated for each presentation is as follows:
Invited speaker: 40 minutes (35 minutes presentation, 5 minutes for Q&A)
Keynote speaker: 30 minutes (25 minutes presentation, 5 minutes for Q&A)
General speaker: 15 minutes (10 minutes presentation, 5 minutes for Q&A)

Data of Presentation

Session rooms are provided with one Windows laptop computer with LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) projector on which Microsoft PowerPoint is installed (OS: Windows XP, English version; Software: Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 and 2007).

You are requested to check whether the data of your presentation are correctly shown with the conference equipment at the Speakers’ Room (3F / Bldg.2 – next to Room#234) in advance and then to bring the data of your presentation on a USB memory stick to your session room and pass it to the technical expert during the break at least 20 minutes before the start of your session after checking your presentation.

Please note as well that to avoid delays during sessions, the use of personal laptops is not encouraged.

The name of the file should be labeled with the session number and your name as follows:

Invited speaker: I-1_Uomoto.ppt,
Keynote speaker: K-1_Uomoto.ppt,
General speaker: G1-1-1_Uomoto.ppt

Meeting in the Session Room

Please be present in the session room at the break prior to the start of the session and take time to introduce yourself to the Session Chair.
